1. The total price is $__________ with full/breeding or limited registration rights, as defined by AKC, or CKC Shipping is not included.

All deposits are non-refundable.

2. Registration fees are the sole responsibility of "Buyer".

3. "Buyer" agrees to feed puppy top quality dog food as veterinarian prescribes for the life of dog. "Buyer" agrees the Puppy will live inside "Buyers" home and will not be chained or tied outside for any length of time. "Buyer" agrees the puppy will be trained and socialized as one of family. Health guarantees terminates if "Buyer" abuses or neglects puppy or fails to have all vaccinations and/or fecal examination done in timely manner.

4. "Buyer" agrees to take puppy to his/her new puppy to a licensed veterinarian within 48 hour of receiving puppy for a well puppy checkup for his health guarantee to be valid. The "seller's" knowledge and belief is that the puppy is in good sound health, free from symptoms of contagious and infectious diseases at the time of sale. "Seller" neither makes or implies further health guarantees. If "Buyer" believes puppy to be sick "Buyer" should take puppy to veterinarian of "Buyer's" choice. If the puppy dies within this 48 hour, a necropsy is to be performed by the state department of animal health, "Seller" will require a notarized Veterinarian Report with findings to a medical certainity that the death was definitely caused from prenatal state. "Seller" will require "Buyer" to send the notarized vet's report by registered mail, along with all of puppy's medical records. "Seller's" vet must confirm and agree with the diagnosis. "Seller" will then give "Buyer" a replacement puppy of equal value and same gender, from the next available litter, if Vet determines that the puppy died from an incurable or unavoidable reason. "Buyer" agrees not to expose puppy to contaminated areas such as public parks, pet stores, or around other dogs that you don't know to be healthy. This puts your puppy at a higher risk of getting a life threatening illness. Replacement Warranty terminates of "Buyer" abuses, neglects puppy or does not have up to date records of vaccinations and fecal records.

5. As of date of delivery, "Seller" has informed "Buyer" puppy has received proper vaccinations and de-wormings, and is of good heath. This guarantee does not cover hypoglycemia and/or avoidable problems that could arise without proper vaccinations such as parvo, corona, viral infections, worms, pneumonia,distemper, diarrhea. "Seller" does not guarantee against luxating patellas, bad bites, sarcoptic mange, ear mites, or stress to puppy or by bacteria that is common while being shipped. Kennel cough is self-limiting and like the common cold must run its course. Full recovery is expected, and on its own is not life threatening. "Buyer" is responsible for vet bills.

6. "Seller" assumes no shipping cost associated with sale or replacement of puppy. "Buyer" assumes all monies for air fare, crate and health certfiicate.

7. "Seller" assumes no responsibility for medical expenses, mortality, landlord's disapproval, allergies, temperment, and any other undesirable

circumstances once puppy has left "Seller's" premises.

8. If "Seller" sells puppy with full AKC registration rights, "Seller" cannot guarantee that a male puppy will have two normally descended testicles at maturity. "Seller" cannot guarantee the fertility of a male or female at maturity and it is impossible to guarantee breeding success, show success or house training. "Buyer" assumes responsibility for medical bills that incurred from breeding the puppy.

9. The size that a puppy will grow to, as an adult is only an estimate that is based on "Seller's" experience and traits' recognition. "Seller" makes no guarantees as to adult size. color, disposition, molera or breeding ability (i.e. free whelping or both testicles).

10. "Buyer" will be responsible for all court cost and/or attorneys fees incurred by the "Seller" to uphold this agreement. The "Buyer" agrees that if any disputes arise, it will be litigated in Hamilton county, Chattanooga, Tennessee at the "buyer" expense.

11. This warrenty is non-transferable, and "Seller" has first refusal if "Buyer" finds that he/she cannot keep the puppy. "Seller" will accept the puppy back or will attempt to place said puppy with new owner, without being obligated to refund any part of the sale price. It is agreed that at no time will the "Buyer" sell or give away said puppy to another individual or to a dog pound/humane society/rescue organization or any other way removing said puppy without first notifying the "Seller".
